Members of our association may use our content for their own purpose, excluding commercial use.

The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through the Site. The posting of information or materials on the Site does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials. "Colorassociation.com" and others are our service marks or registered service marks or trademarks. Other product and company names mentioned on the Site may be trademarks of their respective owners.

Limited License; Permitted Uses

CAUS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license (a) to access and use the Site strictly in accordance with this Agreement; (b) to use the Site solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes; and (c) to print out discrete information from the Site solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes and provided that you maintain all copyright and other policies contained therein. No print out or electronic version of any part of the Site or its contents may be used by you in any litigation or arbitration matter whatsoever under any circumstances.

Ownership of Intellectual Property Rights

Notwithstanding the limited rights granted to you  as set out above, CAUS’ suppliers, subcontractors and agents (collectively CAUS Contractors') (as applicable) shall retain all ownership, title and interest in the intellectual property rights contained in CAUS Material (including but not limited to copyright, database rights, trade marks, patents, service marks, design rights (whether registerable or otherwise) know-how, trade or business names, domain names, goodwill associated with any of the foregoing and other similar rights or obligations whether registerable or not in any jurisdiction in the world ('Intellectual Property Rights').

You agree that any material (including any Intellectual Property Rights in such material), including but not limited to material sent via articles submitted for publication on the Web Site or in using any of the Web Site Services ("User Generated Content") may be retained as the property of CAUS. CAUS shall have no obligations with regard to the User Generated Content to monitor the User Generated Content to ensure that it complies with applicable laws or regulations.

Restrictions and Prohibitions on Use.
