| Educational Membership College and university programs that are focused around fashion, art and interior design need to keep faculty and students abreast of fast-changing color and fashion trends. The Color Association not only provides our educational members with future color direction based on current industry information, but has unique resources to offer color research as well as train students in color design. Aside from receiving our highly regarded forecasts in a category of your choosing, educational members enjoy many customized services. Our studio in New York City houses a vast collection of color references, as well as a color archive that dates back to 1915. These are available to all our members, and our Color Associates are always ready to assist with research questions and needs. Monthly educational seminars on topics such as Color Marketing, Vintage Palettes, and Color Psychology would be open to all your faculty and students. Additionally, educational members are welcome to bring student groups through our studio and receive a brief lecture from our Director, Margaret Walch. We also offer a unique internship program which seeks to stimulate interns' thinking about color palettes and theories. Interns become trained to analyze forecasts and critique color lines, and are encouraged to develop and complete a color project during their internship. For more information, please refer to our Internships section. The Color Association is a strong supporter of educational endeavors, and is proud to be training colorists and designers of the future. Take advantage of the special benefits of our educational memberships by applying now. Download the educational brochure and application in pdf |
