The “Beats by Dr. Dre” Studio Color Campaign captures the vivacious energy of hip-hop and street style, which is translated through splashes of vibrant colors. Hip-hop icon and co-founder of Beats, Dr. Dre, stars in his first ever standalone TV spot, transforming the white Studio headphones into colorful creations. Influential figures to hip-hop and street culture appear in the video—including Beats model Vildane Zeneli, skateboarder Justin Eldridge, and DJs Mia and Levi Maestro.

The playful, energetic vibe seen in the Studio Color Campaign is in sync with CAUS’s Fall/Winter 2011-12 Youth Color Forecast. As we progress further into Fall/Winter 2011-12, a revival of light-heartedness—exhibited in the color story “Recess”—carries us into the holiday season. Similar to the lively hues of Beat’s Studio headphones, our forecast displays colors such as “Slinky”green, “Yo-Yo” orange, “Fire Eater” red, “Lipstick” magenta, “Trapeze” purple, "Midnite" navy, and "Argent" silver.
